Over the years, our workforce has become used to operating to tight-timelines and working within the constraints of the healthcare environment. Naturally, there will be challenges along the way and we bring our specialist healthcare expertise to the fore when resolving any issues. Many of our projects, especially in the diagnostics field require the installation of extremely heavy equipment such as MRI and CT scanners and we are experienced at managing the placement of such sensitive and valuable equipment.

We believe that good communication is vital. Central to the success of our construction projects is the use of experienced project managers who are supported by our designers and engineers. Every one of our projects is assigned a dedicated project manager who gives the project the continuity it deserves, acting as the main point of contact throughout the duration of the programme. With years of experience working within the healthcare sector, all of our project managers understand working in busy hospitals and clinics, and recognise the pressures you may be under.

Once the heavy construction phase is over, our project manager continues to oversee the fitting out and finishing of the project, as well as the installation of any specialist equipment such as operating tables or diagnostic equipment. Over the years we have handled just about every kind of
healthcare project and it is during this final phase that our renowned build and finish quality becomes apparent.

Our “turn-key” projects are designed to ensure a seamless hand-over and that your new facility can be used with minimal disruption to yourselves. With our building warranty in place you can relax in the knowledge that you are in safe hands for the future.

All of our projects are fully compliant with CDM, HTM and HBN guidelines and we have our own in house Health and Safety manager to ensure that our sites are fully compliant with current legislation.
